Delivery and Returns
What is our returns policy for consumers?
As a consumer, you have 14 days after the day you (or someone you
nominate) receive the Products, to change your mind and return your Products to
us. Where the Products are split into several deliveries over different days,
you have until 14 days after the day you receive (or someone you nominate
receives) receives the last delivery, to change your mind.
We do not accept returns for change of mind in respect of:
- bespoke Products that have been customised to suit your measurements;
- products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them; or
- products you have damaged, or that are no longer in their original condition (including where you have cut tags off).
If you wish to request a refund, contact us via email using our details below. Kindly list your full name and order number so we can get back to you as quickly as possible.
You must send the products back to us within 14 days of telling us that you wish to return your products.
Who covers the cost of returning the Products for consumers?
You must cover the costs of returning the Products to us, except in the following circumstances, where we will pay the costs of return:
- if the Products are faulty or misdescribed; or
- an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong.
Will there be any deductions from consumer refunds?
If you are exercising your right to change your mind and returning goods to us, we may reduce your refund of the Price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the Products, if this has been caused by your mishandling. If we refund you the Price paid before we are able to inspect the Products and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.

We'll let you know where to send your return when you contact us to initiate your return.
When will I receive my refund?
We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. For consumers exercising their right to change their mind, your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the relevant Products back from you.
We may change this returns policy at any time, by publishing a varied policy on our website. Prior to placing an order, we recommend you carefully read this policy that is in effect at that time to ensure you understand them.
For any order that has been accepted by us, the returns policy that applies
will be the ones that was in effect when you placed your order.
